Blade Rondo Night Theater Game

Blade Rondo is a fast-paced card game for 1-2 players with an average 15 minute playtime.

Everything you know and love from the original Blade Rondo, but with an added day and night cycle to really change up your strategies. Your cards will do different things based on how far through the game you are, so there’s a new balance to consider when building your hand of 7 cards! In Night Theater’s solo mode, you will fight a Muse opponent, who uses her own Swords–Maria!

You are a Swordian, a human with the ability to manifest the skills and techniques used by characters of legend. A Swordian’s manifestations are known as Swords, weapons of great power that descend upon the battleeld as the legendary characters themselves.

As a bird yearns to soar in the heavens, so too do the Swords seek a place to do combat. Answer their call, let them sing out in battle. Alone or outnumbered, you fight on, undaunted. In the shadow of death, you stand unafraid. For you are a Swordian, a sworn defender of the peace, and now more than ever more, the peace is in turmoil.

Battle your way through the 5 games to learn the full story of the Order of the Rose and how its original intentions to create harmony between magicians and humans has been slowly corrupted from the inside. Fight against the misguided Muses within the order and recruit them to your cause, eventually discovering the identity and whereabouts of the evil mastermind. Work with your gathered allies in hand and face o against the most powerful muse of all! Bring peace again to the world of Blade Rondo, and follow in the footsteps of the first Muse that did the same, long ago.

The Blade Rondo games are standalones so you can choose which you like best, BUT they’re also combo-friendly so if you have more than one game (or more than one copy of the same game) you can mix and match for a more flexible hand-building experience.
